Dear Members,
As you are most-likely aware by now, we are expecting some significant winter weather tomorrow. This means we need to make some CHANGES to our normal pick-up and delivery schedule. We know it causes inconvenience for everyone, and we are so sorry for the inconvenience, but we thank you for your understanding and patience as this is also extremely difficult for us at the farm to make these adjustments and we will do whatever is necessary to ensure you get your food. We are in emergency mode here, and our priority is to keep you and our team safe, while still getting you your shares.
Here is the plan (you may change your location or add delivery if needed [see below] - changes must be made no later than 5pm on Thursday evening):
ALL SHARES WILL BE PACKED TRADITIONAL FOR THIS WEEK ONLY (if you are a regular market-style, your selection will be reset for next week, but due to the situation, we will set all members up with a pre-packed bag. Sorry for the inconvenience!)
THURSDAY: The farm will be closed! No deliveries or pick-ups.
FRIDAY: Pick up locations at the farm and RFD will be open.
Pickup at farm available from 12p-5p.
Pickup at RFD will be available from 12p to 6p on Friday and also on Saturday during their business hours (8a to 6p).
NO MARKET on Friday.
SUNDAY: All deliveries for Denver and Colorado Springs will be delivered - please remember your coolers!
SUNDAY: Monument and Denver CSA pick up locations - Same times (Monument:11:30a to 12:30p and Denver: 2:30p to 3:30pm).
🚨ATTENTION: If you need to make any changes to your pickup location, or you need special accomodation, you must let us know by THURSDAY AT 5:00PM. Unfortunately, we cannot give any holds or credits because we have already harvested your food. Any missed bags will be donated.
🚗If you need delivery, we can do that. Let us know. The cost is $12 and you can pay by card, venmo or PayPal.
