Remember that fall is just a few months away. Fall CSA Registration is open now through August, ACI also has applications open!
We've had a few people ask why we don't wait until the season starts to sell shares. To put it most simply, we can't. We need to plant months in advance, sometimes more than a full season ahead of time... especially if we are starting the crop from seed. We would love to plant as much as possible and hope to sell it all and donate what we can't sell. However, we're a small family farm that believes in regenerative practices and environmental stewardship. That means we use man power rather than machines and chemicals to prepare our crops for harvest, it's an expensive practice but we believe our planet, our children, and our CSA members are worth it!
