🍂Fall is the best season on the farm. Our longtime members know it. Now you do too.

Here's the thing nobody tells you: when the nights turn cool, something almost magical happens to vegetables. The plants concentrate their sugars to protect themselves from frost — which means fall carrots taste like candy. Sweeter spinach. Crisper radishes. The most tender lettuces of the entire year. This isn't marketing talk — it's plant biology, and it's why our farm family eats better in October than in July.

👉And here's the other thing. Right about September, the farmers markets start packing up. Most CSAs finish their final week. The "local" section at the grocery store quietly disappears, and it's back to pale, tired greens shipped in from a thousand miles away.

Not here. Every single Friday, straight through December, your bag keeps coming - harvested that same morning, grown in living soil, never sprayed with anything. Ever. While everyone else is done for the year, you'll be unpacking fresh gourmet greens, carrots, radishes and more with snow on the ground.
