Good Morning FARMily!
We have beautiful CSA veggies for you this week! If you have never tried our radish microgreens, this is a good week to do so! They add a wonderful (slightly spicy) flavor to eggs and toast or salad and give your immune system a nice boost too! Remember, our microgreens are VERY nutrient-dense, so be sure to grab some if you are fighting the plethora of illnesses going around at the moment. 👍🤒🌱
We are unfortunately seeing the results of extremely cold fall months these last 3 weeks of the season. Our crops are growing very slowly as a result. So these last couple of weeks our CSA numbers will be on the smaller side than we are used to seeing this time of year. The good news is that these crops will be mature for the winter season! So if you are joining us in February, we will actually have more growing than we planned for the next season of CSAs! 😁
