About the Event
In this class we will learn the basics of lactic-acid vegetable fermentation. We will learn how to make sauerkraut, pickles, and more! Each class member will go home with a small jar of sauerkraut and pickles. Vegetables and supplies will be provided. Cost of supplies is included in the registration fee.
